Spyros Papageorgioy is the Director of Cyber Defence Directorate for the Hellenic Armed Forces. He is a highly experienced and accomplished military officer with a strong background in cyber security. With over 30 years of experience in the armed forces, he has a deep understanding of the unique challenges and complexities of defending national interests in the cyber domain. He has a proven track record of success in leading cyber defense operations, both in domestic and international missions. He holds a master’s degree in Computer Science and he is a GIAC Certified Security Professional (Incident Handling, Reversing Malware, System and Network Penetration Tester, Forensics Analyst). He is highly respected by his peers and subordinates for his leadership and technical expertise. He is a strong advocate for the importance of cyber defense in national security and is dedicated to ensuring the safety and security of the Hellenic Armed Forces in the digital age.
Vasilis Papakostas is the head of Cyber Crime Hellenic Police. He has a proven track record of success in the field of cyber security, having worked in the public and private sectors for over 30 years. He has a wealth of experience in incident response, threat intelligence, and cybercrime investigations. He is known for his ability to lead and inspire teams to achieve their goals and for his ability to think strategically and make sound decisions under pressure. Mr Papakostas holds a degree in Computer Science and a Master's degree in Cyber security, He is a certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP). He is also a regular speaker at national and international cyber security conferences and seminars. He is recognized as a leading expert in cybercrime and cyber security in Greece, and is committed to keeping organizations and individuals safe in the digital age.
Former Hellenic Navy Officer with a military career of 20 years and dual MIT degrees in Naval Engineering and Management. Successful entrepreneur with expertise in software development, management and operations. Co-founded technology companies in Greece, US, Cyprus, UK and Switzerland.

His endeavors armed him with vast experience on crisis and risk management, threat and risk assessment and intelligence analysis. He holds a Master in Public Administration from Harvard Kennedy School of Government, a Master on National Security Policy and Strategy from the Supreme War College and a BA in International Relations from the Athens Panteion University.
